Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview updates.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain updated recruitment trackers and databases.
- Support onboarding processes, including document collection, offer letter coordination, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, candidate status updates, and daily HR reports.
- Handle basic candidate queries and support routine HR operations.
