Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in creating visual concepts and designs for digital and marketing campaigns.
- Create graphics for social media, presentations, campaigns, and other brand requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams on creative projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
- Research design trends, references, and visual inspiration.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Make design changes based on feedback and complete tasks within timelines.
- Stay updated with new design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of basic design principles such as composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve design skills.
- A portfolio or samples of design work are required.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Duration: 3-6 months - Full-time
