Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates.
- Understand different employment types and work arrangements in the US staffing industry.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Basic understanding of US visa terms such as H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card (GC), and US Citizen.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and job portals like Dice and LinkedIn.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Must be comfortable working in US night shifts.
