About the Role

Kasplo is hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as HR Recruiters. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and hiring processes.

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Open Positions: HR Recruiter Intern / HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities for Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech departments.
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Make 60–70 calls daily to connect with potential candidates and assess their suitability.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand their hiring requirements and support recruitment goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making 60–70 calls per day.
• Familiarity with job portals and basic recruitment tools is an added advantage.
• Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable working from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
