Brand Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Associate who can support day-to-day brand activities across packaging, social media, YouTube, and creative projects. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design and creativity, be comfortable coordinating with external agencies, and have a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with creative and marketing agencies to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Manage and coordinate social media activities, content calendars, and basic content requirements.
• Handle and coordinate YouTube content, including planning, uploads, thumbnails, titles, and performance tracking.
• Support packaging development, including coordination with designers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, NPD, and other teams to execute brand projects.
• Track ongoing brand activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Bring new ideas and proactively identify opportunities to improve the brand.
• Ensure brand communication and creative output remain consistent across channels.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–2 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, Social Media, or Creative roles.
• Basic understanding of packaging and branding.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and YouTube.
• Good design sense and an eye for creative communication.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take on new responsibilities.
• D2C, consumer brand, or startup experience is preferred.
