What You'll Do
- Work on ideation and execution based on client briefs.
- Design and deliver creative projects from concept to final output.
- Create engaging digital creatives across platforms.
- Work on branding elements like identity, social media creatives, and campaigns.
- Develop visual designs, including typography, infographics, logos, icons, and videos.
- Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance creative ideation, visual development, and design workflows.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all stages of design.
- Collaborate with the creative team to meet project requirements.
- Manage timelines and deliver work within deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital agency or social media setup.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design and creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and their application in design workflows.
- A good understanding of layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
