About the Role
- Executive - Global Ops - CMF
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customs and compliance through self-clearance with respective authorities.
- Understand STPI, SEZ, & FTP related statutory compliance.
- Handle import, export transactions.
- Manage MIS & data management through ERP.
- Handle Internal & External audit.
- Process measures with reference to Customs ACT 1962 & Tariff Act 1975.
- Stay updated on Customs Notifications, Customs Policy, and Circulars.
- Manage customs clearance using Ice gate (e-com portal of Central Board of Excise and Customs & NDSL).
- Handle Customs clearance to meet TAT (Turnaround Time) for daily activities and clearance plans.
- Manage STPI, SEZ Approvals, Customs Liaison undertakings, and freight management.
- Handle Import - Export shipment handling, component sales customs shipment process, and courier shipment handling.
- Manage day-to-day MIS review with tracker records like Ariba/SAP/People soft.
- Communicate with internal partners to ensure proper shipping documentation for timely customs clearance.
- Work closely with international stakeholders to ensure timely shipment preparation and minimize delays.
- Assist with periodic reviews and audits of customs activities and import/export filings.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Analyze freight management and identify cost-saving measures on preferred delivery modes.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Documentation related acumen.
- Experience in handling import, export transactions.
- Experience in MIS & data management through ERP.
- Experience in handling Internal & External audit.
