About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage ElevateU's social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars.
- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Create compelling captions, headlines, hooks, and social media posts.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content formats relevant to the brand.
- Coordinate with the video editor and design team for content creation and publishing.
- Develop creative content ideas to improve brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and timely publishing across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
Qualifications
- Good content writing and creative writing skills.
- Strong scriptwriting skills for Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred candidates will have experience in managing multiple social media platforms and independently handling content planning and scriptwriting.
