Telesales Representative

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Cuttack.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products and services.
• Reach out to leads.
• Identify customer needs.
• Provide product information.
• Answer inquiries.
• Address concerns.
• Secure sales.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Document interactions.
• Provide regular updates to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on resolving queries and providing a positive experience.
• Sales skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and achieving sales goals.
• Training skills to understand and implement product knowledge.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles is advantageous.
