About the Role
Launch 513 is expanding and seeking ambitious, organized, and motivated individuals for an entry-level Project Assistant role in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in project coordination, customer engagement, business development, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and execution of retail sales, marketing, and customer acquisition projects.
- Support daily project operations to ensure client objectives and performance goals are achieved.
- Engage directly with customers at retail locations, promotional events, and community-based campaigns.
- Communicate product and service information while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor project performance, customer feedback, and daily productivity.
