About the Role
The EOX Talent Reporting team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business. The Data Visualization Team within the EOX Talent Reporting team uses Talent data to address key business questions and employs best practices in data visualization to provide actionable insights in support of Talent priorities. We’re looking for a Data Visualization Analyst to be responsible for the innovation and delivery of visualization dashboards (majorly using Tableau tool) across the Talent lifecycle to present complex data in a way that conveys meaningful insights and storytelling to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality deliverables through data extraction, cleanup, formatting, and validation for Tableau dashboard refreshes.
- Build automated Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep flows by understanding data flows and interfacing systems, minimizing manual intervention for reporting and analytics needs.
- Use quantitative and statistical analysis, including correlation and standard deviation, through visualization tools.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders for new builds and enhancements; assess complexity and feasibility; propose visualization designs; and complete development, testing, and bug resolution.
- Manage multiple dashboard projects concurrently, assess existing dashboards holistically, and recommend integrated solutions using current Tableau features.
The Team
The EOX Talent Reporting team collaborates with Talent and business stakeholders to turn workforce data into insights that support priorities across the talent lifecycle. The Data Visualization team develops reporting solutions and Tableau dashboards that help stakeholders understand complex information, monitor trends, and make informed decisions. The team combines data preparation, analysis, and visualization practices to deliver scalable, actionable reporting solutions.

- Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience developing Tableau dashboards.
- Experience using Tableau to develop new dashboards or enhance existing dashboards by connecting to data warehouses or servers.
- Experience extracting, cleaning, formatting, and validating data for Tableau dashboard refreshes.
- Experience using SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, and Teams.
- Preferred: Graduation / Post Graduation – Specialization in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Data Analytics.
- Preferred: Tableau certification.
- Preferred: Experience applying correlation and standard deviation in reporting solutions.
- Preferred: Experience building Tableau Prep flows.
- Preferred: Experience assessing dashboard requirements, solution feasibility, and visualization designs.
