Identify scheduling delays and candidate-drop risks early.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining.
-
Maintain a transparent and professional candidate experience.

Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
-

Share pipeline updates and flag challenges affecting timelines.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
-
Monitor sourcing, screening, interview, offer, and joining metrics.

Support campus hiring, employer branding, talent research, and recruitment projects.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, placement activities, or recruitment operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, spreadsheets, recruitment trackers, or an ATS is a plus.
- Your academic discipline will not be an eligibility barrier. Candidates from engineering, business, commerce, liberal arts, or other backgrounds may apply if they have relevant exposure to recruitment, HR, campus hiring, placement activities, or other people-focused work. Candidates without formal TA experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong communication and meaningful ownership through placement cells, student organisations, leadership roles, or community initiatives.
