About the Role
- Customer Support Executive – International Voice/Chat Process
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Gurgaon
- Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shift – Cab facility available)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience via Chat, Email, and Voice Support
- Act as the first point of contact for international customers
- Provide quick, accurate, and professional resolutions
- Maintain SLA and quality standards
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Qualifications
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Must be currently based in Gurgaon
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
