About the Role
Sneha Kolekar & Associates is hiring a Senior Accounts & Compliance Manager in Pune. This role requires an experienced professional capable of independently managing accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance assignments for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle accounting, scrutiny, and finalisation of books.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and related working papers.
- Review junior staff's work, resolve their queries, and provide guidance.
- Review Tally accounts, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with clients, identify accounting discrepancies, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance discipline, and accountability for assigned work.
- Independently resolve routine technical issues, supervise juniors, and manage client assignments with minimum supervision.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong practical accounting knowledge.
- Command over Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of taxation and audit procedures.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Team supervision skills.
Qualifications
- CA Final / CMA (CWA) Final students or candidates with substantial practical experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm.
- Prior experience in a CA firm with independent assignment handling preferred.
- Relevant experience and independent handling capabilities will be given preference.
