The Advocacy Operations Associate will support a fast-paced operations environment within a growing, international organization. This is a high-visibility position offering scope for creativity and self-development.
About the Team
Advocacy Operations (AO) supports Amazon Flex by resolving scenarios that impact the delivery partner experience through real-time monitoring and offline operational work. The team is seeking an L2 associate for the Hyderabad site.
Key Responsibilities
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or manager's instructions to ensure task quality.
- Contributes ideas for project improvements.
- Provides timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks, adhering to SOP and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Proactively raises issues or alarms to management or stakeholders.
- Meets business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintains daily work records by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Meets predetermined productivity targets and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office products and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and manage work plans, timelines, and accommodate multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read).
