About the Role
The Growth Intern role at thinkster.in is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support growth initiatives by assisting with market research, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Contribute to growth experiments.
- Track key metrics.
- Help coordinate small projects that drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
- Document findings.
- Present insights that support data-driven decisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and support growth experiments.
- Effective communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in growth hacking and digital growth strategies.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and comfort in supporting revenue-focused initiatives.
- Ability to assist with project management, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
