In this SAP AI Transformation role, you will contribute to Agentic ERP transformations that help clients advance toward the autonomous enterprise. Combining SAP expertise with AI-enabled delivery approaches, cross-functional collaboration, and industry insight, you will address complex business challenges and create measurable client impact.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant in Deloitte's SAP practice, with a focus on SAP Order to Cash (OTC), you will:

• Support SAP Order to Cash workstreams by identifying opportunities, tracking work-plan activities, identifying dependencies, risks, and issues, and preparing deliverables.
• Participate in and facilitate opportunity-identification, fit-to-standard, and autonomous solution-design workshops.
• Translate commercial and Order to Cash improvement opportunities into SAP solutions and support configuration across the end-to-end Order to Cash process.
• Support coordination of commercial integration requirements with supply chain, finance and accounting, tax, and reporting teams.
• Contribute to data migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Apply an AI-native approach to SAP delivery by using AI tools to accelerate analysis, solution design, prototyping, testing, and documentation, while maintaining human oversight to review, validate, and curate outputs.
• Communicate project progress, decisions, risks, and action items with client and Deloitte team members; support training, change adoption, post-go-live activities, proposal development, and reusable SAP practice assets.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree; or an associate degree and 4+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, or SAP/ERP technology transformation in a consulting or industry environment.
• Experience supporting at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation from project initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• 1+ year of hands-on functional configuration experience in at least one of the following: SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), or SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Experience working directly with client or business stakeholders to support requirements gathering, testing, or deployment activities on at least one SAP implementation, transformation, or support project.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average.

Preferred

• Experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) tools—including generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, conversational AI, or AI agents—to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting or facilitating SAP design workshops, demonstrations, or testing activities.
• Experience supporting SAP cloud programs or SAP transformation programs deployed across multiple countries.
• Experience applying SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies on SAP implementation programs.
• Experience contributing to proposals, estimates, solution designs, or client presentations.
• One or more SAP certifications.
