About the Role
Alphalete Marketing is a Dallas-based marketing firm dedicated to pushing boundaries and delivering outstanding customer acquisition and sales solutions. This is a hands-on, on-site position that offers valuable experience in sales, marketing, and promotions. We are seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Representatives. In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing and sales team to generate new customer leads through in-person interactions and help execute our clients' promotional campaigns. You'll gain sales and marketing experience through promotional marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Play an active role in direct marketing campaigns
- Act as a point person for all customers
- Generate leads and drive SALES
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
