Key Responsibilities
- Support the manager in overseeing assigned client accounts by coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with services provided.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Knowledge of hygiene of copywriting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in account management, or a related role.
