Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and explore new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT and digital solutions.
- Pitch services such as website development, digital marketing, AI solutions, and software development.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical and marketing teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain client databases, lead sheets, and daily activity reports.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing.
- Confidence in handling client calls and business discussions.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
- Graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development will have an advantage.
- Strong communication and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
