About the Role
- 11-week paid, full-time internship program running from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
- Designed to provide real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry.
- Opportunities for professional development sessions, networking, mentorship, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Fiber Internet Product team with efforts to improve customer reliability.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and cost reduction opportunities.
- Enhance the customer experience across all aspects of the customer lifecycle (equipment, installation, disconnect/return, NPS analysis).
- Review data for opportunities and anomalies.
- Create new business practices for scalability across multiple Spectrum organizations.
- Ideate new go-to-market opportunities.
- Manage existing inventory and device capabilities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Rising Seniors (Graduating December 2027 or May 2028).
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future employment-based immigration sponsorship.
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Technology Management, Finance, Management and Organization, or Marketing.
- Critical thinking.
- ROI/business case evaluation.
- Synthesizing information.
- Familiarity with Excel.
