General Cleaner

About the Role

• Full-time, permanent openings for a Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member.
• Fast-paced environment focused on safety.
• Work schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekends.
• Shift: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm.
• Starting Pay: $19.61 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties within designated work areas.
• Clean restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash.
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy.
• Clean totes and other items.
• Perform some deep cleaning as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Complete other basic janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Frequent walking in and around the facility throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required).
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation).
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software required for accurate recording of work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of employment-related information.
• Non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for shifts and breaks.
• Cell phone reimbursement provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks, in accordance with applicable local laws.
