Artificial Intelligence Intern

About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing AI and machine learning models that support consulting projects and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing AI and machine learning models.
• Support consulting projects and client solutions with AI/ML models.
• Perform day-to-day activities including data collection and preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, creating prototypes, and evaluating model performance.
• Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to translate business problems into AI-driven approaches.
• Document findings and prepare clear reports or presentations.
• Stay current with AI and data science trends.
• Contribute to internal knowledge repositories.
• Support the implementation of AI tools in client environments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Programming ability in languages commonly used for AI and data science (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and drawing actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Data Science concepts such as statistical analysis, data preprocessing, and visualization.
• Understanding of Machine Learning techniques, model development, and performance evaluation.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in management consulting and applying AI solutions to real-world business challenges.
