About the Role
Be the friendly voice students trust. You’ll stay in touch with ALLEN Online students over calls and messages, sharing updates, answering their questions, and helping them through results, renewals, and new sessions. This role involves working on data, reports, and academic operations alongside the team and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students via calls and messages to share updates and understand their concerns.
- Guide and support students by sharing approved information on tests, results, renewals, timetables, and onboarding.
- Build relationships with students, making them feel comfortable sharing feedback and queries.
- Manage data by keeping student records, call status, and follow-ups updated in Sheets/tools.
- Report progress and escalate queries to faculty when needed.
Qualifications
- College students
- Recent graduates
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Friendly and patient with students
- Basic computer skills
- Excel / Sheets is a plus
- No experience needed
