About the Role

• Hybrid position based in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
• Mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
• Provides exposure to entrepreneurship support activities, innovation management, and incubation centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the incubation centre.
• Assist in coordinating startup programs, events, and workshops.
• Gather and organize data on startups.
• Maintain documentation.
• Support communication with mentors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to basic research on startup ecosystems.
• Draft reports or presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of outreach material.

Qualifications

• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a willingness to learn about incubation and early-stage business support.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic research, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and online collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work setting in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
• Backgrounds in business, management, technology, or related fields are an advantage.
• Prior exposure to student clubs, innovation cells, or startup-related activities is beneficial but not mandatory.
