About the Role
MedTourEasy is a global healthcare analytics organization that helps individuals and providers evaluate medical treatment options around the world. We deliver data-driven guidance to patients and healthcare stakeholders, enabling smarter, well-informed decisions. MedTourEasy also provides analytical solutions to partner providers internationally, supporting operational and clinical improvements.
This is a remote internship role for a Data Analyst at MedTourEasy Bengaluru. The Data Analyst intern will work with healthcare-related datasets, clean and organize data, and perform basic analyses to generate meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update dashboards.
- Support data modeling tasks.
- Prepare reports.
- Assist in the interpretation of trends for internal teams and partner providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
- Present findings in a clear format.
- Help improve analytical processes and documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data.
- Skills in Data Modeling and an understanding of relational data structures or similar frameworks.
- Communication skills to explain insights, prepare reports, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Interest in healthcare analytics and global health systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
