About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer Intern eager to focus on clean layout compositions, modern typography, proper spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance. You will contribute to real client projects, create digital and print marketing assets, and explore brand guidelines across various visual treatments. Curiosity, a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, openness to feedback, and experimentation are key. This is a full-time, on-site internship requiring full commitment to working from our Saket office.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Creatives: Create graphics for social media, digital campaigns, banners, and marketing promotions.
- Brand Assets: Develop brand-related visual assets and presentations aligned with guidelines.
- Concept Exploration: Translate existing concepts into strong visual narratives and explore diverse design directions.
- Visual Testing: Experiment with various layouts, compositions, typography, imagery, and visual styles to generate multiple variations.
- Design Support: Assist the creative team with daily visual needs, research new design trends, and work on unique project styles.
- Feedback Iteration: Incorporate creative feedback to refine, edit, and improve designs through multiple revisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Core Design Instinct: A strong sense of composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance.
- Tools & Skills: Practical experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar creative platforms.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; or demonstrating genuine passion for design.
- Mindset & Ownership: Ability to accept constructive feedback, work independently with clear goals, and maintain high discipline.
- Experimental Approach: A proactive and experimental mindset, willing to explore new approaches beyond conventional methods.
