About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for Fixed Income Sales for Institutions at A. K. Group, across locations in India (Bengaluru / Mumbai / Delhi / Kolkata). The role involves engaging with Institutions (Banks, Retirement Funds & Corporate Treasuries) to drive sales and provide financial solutions in the Fixed Income Market Segment.

Travel Required: Yes – Domestic (Intra City as well as Inter City)

Base Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Delhi / Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, retirement funds, corporate treasuries, financial institutions, and charitable trusts.
• Drive the placement of NCDs (Bonds), Government Securities, and other fixed-income products, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Explore and onboard new clients in untapped segments / regions.
• Stay updated on developments in the debt market and share insights with clients.
• Pitch and execute innovative financial products, structures, and concepts to meet client needs.
• Prepare and present regular reports and analysis related to the Fixed Income Market.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• MBA/MMS/PGDM in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
• Self-driven with a strong go-getter attitude.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent analytical abilities coupled with strong written and oral communication skills.
