About the Role
Spira AI builds fully autonomous AI Influencers that run social media accounts end-to-end, around the clock. These agents detect trends, generate original content, and publish across platforms, acting as always-on team members rather than simple tools or copilots. The company focuses on redefining how businesses maintain an active social media presence when their human teams are offline. Spira AI is founded by alumni from Creatify AI, TikTok, CapCut, Meta, Snapchat, and MidJourney, bringing together deep experience in social platforms, content creation, and generative AI.
The AI Design Intern will support the design and visual development of AI Influencers and their content for various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, experimenting with visual concepts, assisting in the design of AI character identities, and helping prototype interfaces and environments that these agents operate within. The intern will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align visual assets with brand goals and user experience needs, while contributing to research on emerging design trends and AI-generated media. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with opportunities to participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and rapid experimentation in a fast-paced startup environment.
