ERP & IT Executive, Trainee

About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP & IT Executive - Trainee based in Rajkot.
• The role involves assisting in the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operation of ERP systems used for manufacturing and service processes.
• The trainee will support routine IT operations, including system monitoring, user account management, and basic hardware and software maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries and provide first-level technical support.
• Document issues and resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
• Learn and apply best practices in data security, network usage, and system backups.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth ERP and IT workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of information technology and IT operations, including basic hardware, software, and security practices.
• Understanding of network administration concepts such as connectivity, user access, and basic configuration.
• Ability to learn and work with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and end users.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and develop skills under the guidance of senior IT and ERP professionals.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field (diploma or degree).
