International Sales Executive

About the Role

The Network Communication is hiring an International Sales Executive to support its Australia-focused lead generation process. This role offers an opportunity to build experience in international business development, customer engagement, and consultative sales while working with prospects in an English-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for the Australia market through outbound calling and other approved sales channels.
• Communicate confidently with international prospects in English and understand their requirements.
• Explain relevant services clearly, handle initial objections, and schedule qualified follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead, conversation, and follow-up records in the assigned systems.
• Meet agreed activity, lead-generation, quality, and conversion targets while following company processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and a positive prospect experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Approximately 6 to 12 months of experience in an international BPO, telesales, lead generation, or sales role is preferred.
• Freshers with strong spoken English, good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Ability to engage professionally with Australian prospects and work toward measurable targets.
• Good listening, persuasion, follow-up, and basic computer skills.
• Applicants should be comfortable working full-time from the Dombivli location (near Lodha Palava City, Kalyan-Shil Road, Dombivli East, Thane, Mumbai).
• Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability; final offer negotiable.
