About the Role
Custodos is seeking a Data Analyst to build the data function from the ground up. You will be responsible for turning data into decisions using information from chats, models, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build initial dashboards for usage, retention, revenue, and churn.
- Identify customer growth and churn patterns, and their underlying reasons.
- Analyze the usage of different models and features.
- Provide quantitative insights to support pricing, sales, and product decisions.
- Establish a scalable data foundation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SQL proficiency.
- Experience with a BI tool such as Metabase, Looker, or Power BI.
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to a broad audience.
- Strong command of the English language.
Qualifications
- Python is a bonus.
- German is a plus.
- Curiosity about AI adoption in companies.
- You should not expect a pre-built data warehouse or a large existing data team.
- You should be motivated by asking questions rather than solely building reports.
