(USA) Pre Grad Intern

About the Role

This role ensures confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies and local, State, and Federal guidelines. It involves providing Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with laws and Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing prescription and/or over-the-counter (OTC) orders and purchases.
• Stock and secure Pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
• Enter prescription information and/or fill prescriptions.
• Complete, maintain, and secure paperwork, forms, and required documentation.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products and services.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process Member purchases using appropriate procedures.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Organize and maintain the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Handle claims and returns.
• Zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink and damages, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Cash registers and related tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification (Preferred).

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.50 - $31.50. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums.
