About the Role
PeakPals is building multiple companies across fitness, technology, real estate, and consumer brands. This internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the founder, contributing to building, growing, and operating companies from the ground up. Responsibilities will span across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal, with priorities adapting to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal on high-priority business and growth initiatives.
- Drive traction through outbound, social media, creator partnerships, SEO, content, community, and other growth experiments.
- Assist in launching and growing new products, including acquiring the first 100 users and customers.
- Support fundraising, investor outreach, market research, competitive research, decks, partnerships, and strategic projects.
- Own Founder's Office tasks including operations, research, hiring, and other activities necessary to advance the businesses.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High-agency, entrepreneurial, and proactive with the ability to figure things out independently.
- Strong communication, research, writing, and execution skills.
- Genuine interest in startups, marketing, technology, and business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in startups, entrepreneurship, growth, sales, content, or Founder's Office is a plus.
