This role offers exposure to investment operations, trade execution, client servicing, and reporting within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily investment operations, including trade execution, settlement monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Liaise with custodians and internal teams to investigate and resolve trade and operational issues.
- Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing administration.
- Prepare and review client account, investment activity, and compliance-related reports.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of investment activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Comfortable working with financial data, investment systems, and reporting platforms.
- Python or similar programming experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
