Role Description
The Corporate Internship is an on-site role in Salem. Interns will support corporate operations by assisting with data analysis, basic financial tasks, documentation, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Provide support for customer-facing initiatives.
- Provide support for training-related initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Contribute to presentations or materials for internal and external use.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn corporate and technical processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and business information.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and comfort working with basic financial concepts or reports.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with teams and stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset and basic Customer Service skills to support client-facing activities.
- Interest or experience in Training-related tasks, such as assisting with workshops or learning materials.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Salem.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
