About the Internship

Cyber Toddler is offering a 45-day remote SOC Analyst – Practical Training Internship for students, recent graduates, and aspiring cybersecurity professionals. This program focuses on developing practical Security Operations Center (SOC) skills through guided, hands-on training using Wazuh SIEM in a controlled lab environment.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Activities

• Learn the fundamentals of Security Operations Center (SOC) operations.
• Work with Wazuh SIEM in a controlled lab environment.
• Understand security event monitoring and log analysis.
• Investigate and analyze simulated security alerts.
• Practice basic threat identification and incident triage.
• Document investigation findings and prepare basic incident reports.
• Complete practical exercises and simulated SOC case scenarios.
• Participate in a final hands-on assessment.

Requirements

• Students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in cybersecurity.
• Genuine interest in SOC operations and security monitoring.
• Ability to attend weekend training sessions.
• Willingness to complete practical exercises and assigned tasks.
