About the Role
The Software Engineer Intern will assist in developing new and exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers, collaborating with other engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment. This is a hybrid role open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area, requiring the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 3 days a week.
Program Dates: May 24th, 2027 - August 13th, 2027 (12 weeks)
This is a paid internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Work on software documentation and participate in code reviews.
- Develops software using the KnowBe4 Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in the Python programming language.
- Proficiency in writing SQL.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
