About the Internship
Medinex Workforce develops its own tools, including a candidate portal, a recruiter dashboard, client requirement forms, and internal trackers. This internship offers the opportunity to build features from end to end, encompassing user interfaces, APIs, and database management. You will gain insight into the interplay between front-end, back-end, and database layers, and learn to diagnose issues across the stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive screens using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Create back-end APIs and server logic with Node.js and Express.
- Design, store, and query data in MongoDB.
- Connect front-end screens to back-end services to display live data.
- Implement login, form validation, and basic security for features.
- Test features comprehensively and resolve bugs across the full stack.
- Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Provide progress updates through daily check-ins and weekly reviews.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Solid JavaScript fundamentals.
- Basic React knowledge, including components, props, state, and hooks.
- Understanding of Node.js and REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of databases (MongoDB or SQL).
- A small full stack project (even a simple one).
- A laptop and stable internet connection for full-time remote work.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Postman.
- Experience deploying projects on Vercel, Render, or Netlify.
- A GitHub profile, portfolio, or live project.
Qualifications
- Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, diploma programs, or related streams.
- Self-taught developers who can present a project or certificate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
- Availability for full-time internship for the duration of 1 to 3 months.
Working Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Saturday or as assigned.
- Includes daily check-ins and a weekly review.
