About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to support our IT team in day-to-day technical activities, basic troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This internship will provide practical exposure to IT operations and software applications in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT systems, records, and inventory.
- Support employees with basic technical queries and IT-related issues.
- Assist with software updates, system backups, and data management.
- Help with IT documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.
- Duration: 3-6 Months (Flexible)
