About the Role
Opportunity for freshers to start a career in the US Healthcare industry, focusing on Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies on claim status and payments
- Resolve unpaid claims and outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
- Develop professional communication and healthcare domain expertise
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills
- Candidates willing to work in the US Night Shift
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Any Degree (Except Life Science Graduates & MBA Graduates)
Shift Details
- Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
- Pick-up & Drop Cab Facility Available
