Business Central functional consultant

About the Role

AdiSap System Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time, on-site Business Central Functional Consultant based in Greater Noida. This role involves working with clients to optimize operations through modern ERP platforms and process-driven consulting, focusing on implementing and supporting business solutions for growing enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Gather business requirements, map processes, and design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Conduct workshops.
• Configure Business Central modules, including finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehousing.
• Prepare functional documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Test configurations.
• Support data migration.
• Train end users.
• Provide post-implementation support.
• Assist in continuous process improvement and system optimization.
• Ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Core modules: finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehousing

Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation for ERP implementations.
• Experience in system configuration, UAT support, data migration assistance, and end-user training within ERP or business applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and project managers.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, supply chain operations, and general business processes in small to mid-size enterprises.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field).
• Prior experience in ERP consulting or implementation, preferably with Business Central or other Microsoft Dynamics products.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple assignments, and meet project timelines with attention to detail.
• Professional certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics or ERP consulting are an advantage.
