Job Title: International Chat Support Executive
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Chat Support Executives. In this role, you will interact with international customers through chat, assist them with their queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Work Location: DLF, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Compensation & Benefits
- Freshers: 3.3 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 3.9 LPA
- Two-way cab facility provided within a 25 KM radius
- Exposure to an international customer support environment
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to quality and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations.
- Willingness to work from the office.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Discipline).
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Shift & Work Schedule
- 24/7 rotational shifts.
- 5 working days, 2 rotational week-offs.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (as per business requirement).
