UGC Engineer (Content Creator)

About the Role

Miles is an AI running coach app that adapts your training to how your body actually feels. We’re looking for a creator who knows why videos go viral, not just that they do. If you’ve grown your own audience on Instagram or TikTok, you already know the mechanics. Now we want you to use them to grow a product.

Key Responsibilities

• Track what’s breaking out in running, fitness and consumer apps every day
• Break down why videos work: the hook, the first 2 seconds, pacing, retention and the payoff
• Find the repeatable viral format for Miles, then scale it
• Create and post content every day across multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Build videos with AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Seedance), editing apps, and Miles screen recordings
• Run fast experiments: test hooks, formats and angles, then double down on what works
• Track views, saves, shares and downloads and turn them into a playbook the team can reuse

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Content creator with a real following (10K+ on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts)
• Have taken at least one video past 1M views on your own account
• Ability to explain why a video went viral, not just that it did
• Fast editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or preferred tools
• Curious about AI video tools, or already use them
• Ability to post consistently, every single day

• ₹40,000/month fixed salary
