About the Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated Business Development & Digital Marketing Intern to support our sales, marketing, client communication, and creative activities. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of senior team members and gain practical experience in business development, digital marketing, client coordination, AI tools, and marketing content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Research and identify potential clients, advertisers, agencies, and business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound email campaigns and regular follow-ups.
• Handle business emails, client inquiries, and professional correspondence.
• Assist with sales discussions, proposals, and deal negotiations under senior supervision.
• Maintain lead databases and track sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with senior team members on ongoing business activities.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Create promotional content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media posts, banners, flyers, and promotional images.
• Assist with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media activities.
• Write marketing captions, promotional copy, and outreach messages.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Support brand promotion and digital marketing campaigns.

Presentations, Documents & AI Tools

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
• Prepare business documents, proposals, and reports using MS Word or Google Docs.
• Maintain spreadsheets, client databases, and trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Use AI tools for research, brainstorming, marketing content creation, image generation, and productivity.
• Review and refine AI-assisted materials to ensure accuracy and professional quality.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily activity and lead-tracking reports.
• Coordinate with senior team members and follow assigned instructions.
• Complete assigned responsibilities within deadlines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Mandatory Skills

• Good written English and professional email communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to create social media graphics, banners, flyers, and marketing images.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Basic marketing content writing and copywriting skills.
• Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Good organizational, time-management, and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate students, graduates, and freshers can apply.
• No previous professional experience required.
• Must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas.
• Must be available for 8 hours daily with flexible timing.
• Must be able to visit our office near Science City once a week.
• Personal laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection preferred.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work under senior supervision.

Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000 (Fixed)
