Key Responsibilities
- Assist in robot installation, integration, and commissioning.
- Support robot programming, configuration, and setup.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and provide customer support.
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers.
- Carry out robot servicing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and spare parts business development.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Robotics / Automation.
