Key Responsibilities
- Install and replace RO water purifiers at customer premises.
- Perform servicing, repair, and basic troubleshooting of RO systems.
- Diagnose issues related to water flow, filters, electrical components, leakage, etc.
- Visit assigned customer locations as per schedule.
- Complete a minimum of 8 orders per day.
- Ensure timely completion of installation and service tasks.
- Update service and installation status through the mobile app or reporting system.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure good customer experience.
Note: Candidates will be assigned approximately 8–10 orders per day. Each task is expected to take approximately 40–50 minutes at maximum, depending on the service requirement.
