Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements
- Create process flows and reports
- Document use cases and update SOPs
- Perform application/functional testing
- Create functional requirements
- Work with individual users to provide support and training
- Identify system defects
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in creating Process Maps
- Experience in creating UML Behavior Diagrams
- Experience in Business – technology translation/mapping documentation
- Proficient in JIRA or similar work management tool
- Experience with Scrum Process and Ceremonies
- BFSI domain experience
- Good knowledge on SQL
- Good knowledge on Java
- Working knowledge on REST/SOAP API
- Familiarity with application design and architecture
- Ability to write business cases
- Ability to write test cases
- Strong knowledge on MS Office suite
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Good understanding of waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
