Job Title: Senior Field Sales Executive
About the Role
- This is a 100% field sales role.
- Visit merchants and identify potential business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Onboard merchants and build strong merchant relationships.
- Deploy and activate merchant card-swiping/POS machines at merchant outlets.
- Explain Paytm's products and services to merchants.
- Achieve assigned sales and deployment targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily activity/reporting through the required mobile application.
Requirements
- Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment and travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates with sales experience are preferred; freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in field sales can also apply.
