Direct Marketing Associate

About the Role
This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX. You will work alongside a driven team, and learn through hands-on and paid training.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing and customer engagement.
- Assist with customer acquisition, sales initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in marketing events and in-person brand promotion activities.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet campaign goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Build leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack

Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, athletics, or campus organizations is a plus, but previous marketing experience is not required.
